The Government of Uttar Pradesh has released the State Rank Card and Merit List along with the Phase 2 counselling schedule for UPDELEd Admissions 2023. This covers choice filling and seat allotment for candidates seeking admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education course.

Applications had opened on 2 June 2023 and closed on 31 August 2023 by 11:59 PM, with the fee deposit deadline on 2 September 2023 and a re-print window till 5 September 2023. The Round 1 rank card and merit list came out on 13 September 2023, followed by Phase I counselling registration on 15 September and counselling start on 18 September 2023. Phase II counselling registration began on 26 October 2023, while the training start date and Round 2 merit list are yet to be notified. The counselling fee is 5000 rupees, payable via e-challan, debit card, credit card or net banking through SBI I-Collect. The age limit for admission is 18 to 35 years.
