The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has declared the result for its Technician, Electrical recruitment, conducted against 891 posts. The category wise breakup shows 357 vacancies for UR, 89 for EWS, 241 for OBC, and among SC/ST candidates, 187 for SC and 17 for ST.
Applications had opened on 27 September 2022 and closed on 19 October 2022, with an offline payment window extending to 21 October. The exam, originally expected earlier, was eventually held in November 2023, the admit card was released on 19 October 2023, the answer key followed on 22 November, and the result has now been declared on 1 February 2024. The fee was 1180 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 826 rupees for SC and ST candidates, payable through debit card, credit card, net banking or e challan. Eligibility required a Class 10 pass with Science and Mathematics subjects along with an ITI certificate in the Electrical trade.
