UPPSC Assistant Professor GDC Recruitment 2025 Download Result, Mains Online Form 2026 for 1253 Post

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the result for the Assistant Professor recruitment at Government Degree Colleges, a drive for 1253 posts across subjects.

Applications for this recruitment were open from 4 September 2025 to 6 October 2025, which was also the fee payment deadline. The exam was held on 31 May 2026, after the admit card was issued on 21 May 2026, and the answer key followed on 3 June 2026. The result was declared on 7 August 2026. The application fee was 125 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, 65 rupees for SC and ST candidates, and 25 rupees for PH candidates. The age limit is 21 to 40 years, and eligible candidates need a master's degree in the relevant subject with 55 percent marks, along with NET, SLET, SET or a PhD. The Mains application form opened on 18 August 2026, with the last date to apply varying by subject.
