The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has invited applications for 2240 posts of Staff Nurse, including 171 for male and 2069 for female candidates, and has now released the document verification schedule for the recruitment.

The preliminary exam was held on 19 December 2023, after admit cards were issued on 8 December and the answer key followed on 22 December 2023, with the pre result out on 20 February 2024. The document verification letter came out on 3 April 2025, and the DV schedule itself was released on 29 June 2026.

The fee was 125 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, 65 rupees for SC and ST candidates and 25 rupees for PH candidates, and the age limit for the post was 21 to 40 years. Candidates need Class 10th with Science along with a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, or a B.Sc Nursing degree registered with the UP Nursing Council.
