Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the final result for the Technical Education Teacher Service Exam 2021, covering 1370 posts. The posts include Principal, Lecturer in Engineering subjects, Lecturer in Non-Engineering subjects, Workshop Superintendent and Librarian.
Among these, the Lecturer Engineering Subject post accounts for the largest share with 1039 posts, requiring a BE or B.Tech degree in the related subject. The Lecturer Non-Engineering Subject post has 215 posts for candidates with a Master's degree in the related subject along with UGC NET qualification. There are 87 posts for Librarian, requiring a Master's degree in Library Science with first division marks and a qualified national level test. The Workshop Superintendent post has 16 posts for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with first division marks, and the Principal post has 13 posts requiring a Ph.D along with first class marks at Bachelor's or Master's level and 16 years of experience.
The application process for this exam opened on 15 September 2021 and closed on 12 October 2021, with the exam fee payable through debit card, credit card, net banking or e-challan. The fee was 225 rupees for General and OBC candidates, 105 rupees for SC and ST candidates, and 25 rupees for PH candidates. The exam itself was conducted on 22 December 2021, and results for different subjects were released in stages over the following years, with the final result for this batch made available on 25 June 2026 and results for more subjects added on 21 August 2026.
