The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has released the final answer key for the Junior Engineer JE Civil Recruitment 2024, a large drive covering 4612 posts. The recruitment is for the Junior Engineer Civil post based on candidates' UPSSSC PET 2023 score card.
The process started with applications opening on 7 May 2024 and closing on 13 July 2024, with the fee payment deadline also set at 13 July 2024 and a correction window open until 20 July 2024. Much later, the eligibility result came out on 1 April 2026, followed by the Mains exam fee payment on 7 April 2026 and the exam itself on 3 May 2026, after the exam city was announced on 24 April 2026 and the admit card released on 29 April 2026. The answer key was first put out on 4 May 2026, and the final answer key has now been released on 20 July 2026. The application fee was 25 rupees across General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST and PH candidates, and the age limit is 18-21 years at minimum and 40 years at maximum. Candidates need a BE, B.Tech degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. Category wise, the 4612 posts break down as 1761 General, 1514 OBC, 924 SC, 368 EWS and 45 ST.
