Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) had invited applications for the Mukhya Sevika (Head Servant) post, a recruitment reserved for female candidates holding a valid UPSSSC PET 2021 score card, covering 2693 vacancies. Applications were accepted from 3 August 2022 to 24 August 2022, with correction allowed up to 31 August 2022, and the exam was eventually held on 24 September 2023, after the admit card was issued on 18 September 2023.
The 2693 posts are distributed as 1079 for General, 727 for OBC, 565 for SC, 269 for EWS and 53 for ST candidates. Eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree in Arts with Sociology, Social Work, Home Science, or Nutrition and Child Development as one of the subjects. The application fee was a flat 25 rupees across all categories, payable through SBI I-Collect or e-challan. The age limit was 21 to 40 years.
The answer key was released on 3 October 2023 and revised on 9 February 2024. The result came out on 24 November 2024, and the document verification letter followed on 5 December 2024, with a further DV letter for new candidates issued on 6 June 2025.
