UPSSC had invited applications for various instructor, technician and coaching posts back in 2016, covering 476 vacancies across trades such as Electrician, X-Ray Technician, Proof Reader, Instructor Carpentry, Instructor Welding, Instructor Machine Shop, Milk Supervisor, Assistant Statistical Assistant and several sports coaching posts. Registration for the recruitment opened on 21 September 2016 and closed on 17 October 2016, with the fee deposit due by 19 October 2016 and the completed form to be submitted by 21 October 2016.
The application fee was 105 rupees for General and OBC candidates, 65 rupees for SC and ST candidates, and 25 rupees for PH candidates, paid through SBI I Collect.
